With over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in tablet manufacturing and technical expertise, Mr. Sanjay Singh Negi serves as General Manager, Operations & Director (Board Member) at Ideal Cures Pvt. Ltd. He holds a B. Pharma, PGDBA in Operations Management, M.Tech in Operations Management, and a Doctorate in Management Studies.
Sanjay has been contributing his extensive expertise to Ideal Cures for over 10 years, particularly in new product development, coating product sample development, technical services, and business development. Since October 2023, he has been leading technical operations across multiple locations of Ideal Cures, including Jammu, Sikkim, Khambhat, and Vasai. His focus areas include operational improvement, customer focus, enhanced quality, and cost control. A recognized innovator, he holds multiple patents for high-productivity coatings, including high-productivity film coatings and quick disintegrating coatings. He has developed successful brands such as Instacoat SFC, Instacoat QD, Instacoat T2F, Instacoat 4G, and Instacoat MB II. His expertise in driving operational excellence and leading technical programs makes him a pivotal asset to Ideal Cures' leadership team.
